es gibt einen Negativpunkt im behaviour system. Passiert das drei Mal, muss das Handy ab sofort zu Beginn des Schultages eingereicht werden. (Ich weiß nicht für wie lange) Das gilt für Kinder bis einschließlich 11. Klasse (GCSE). In der Sixth Form (Oberstufe) gibt es keine Regeln.

In unserer Schule dürfen die Handys während des Schultags nicht sichtbar sein. Dh nicht draußen, aber auch z.B. nicht in der Hosentasche. Am besten im Rucksack oder im Schließfach. Wenn das Handy gesehen wird, wird es konfisziert für den Rest des Tages und

CPTSD survivors are better at problem solving than they often give themselves credit for. The issue is, their problem solving resources have gone toward keeping themselves alive & "functional"-- which are often struggles the world does not see nor value.

Many trauma survivors are aware of the hundreds of f*cking choices humans need to make very day in ways most people never have to think about-- because our nervous system is second guessing 90% of those choices, & we have Trauma Brain criticizing them as soon as they're made.
