In my Greyhawk campaigns, the god Ralishaz is featured prominently. Here is a little Diddy about the god of chaos:

Could Dungeons and Dragons be a game-changer for neurodivergent youth? A new study suggests yes | CBC News Researchers in Oshawa, Ont., say the popular tabletop roleplaying game Dungeons and Dragons may bring far more to the table than just an evening of excitement, with the game helping neurodivergent you...

I feel like I see this story arise every other month, but CBC published a piece about how a D&D club brought community to a local group. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

Shout out to the forever DMs that signed the blood oath WoC locking them into the DM position for the rest of eternity. Your sacrifice is appreciated.

This was originally just meant to be a quick coloured sketch of the adventures of Theron and his friends in Avernus (the first layer of hell in the Forgotten Realms) for my art book. I guess I went a bit crazy with the colouring, but it was really fun to finally do more art of this campaign!

My eldest munchkin received an air fryer as a graduation present, which I got to try out this morning. Made some dehydrated apples on the maiden voyage but will try Brussel spouts tonight to go with a chili-lime pork tenderloin. Sounds reminiscent of a gas turbine engine.

The Tom Holmes Company (THC) was mainly known for making their own pickups, but they also made guitars. The guitar in the picture is a custom one-off, and it looks like it was designed after smoking too much Tom Holmes Company, if you get my drift.

The top of the body is one big curve. The end comes to an offset point, and the bottom of the body looks fairly normal, with a leg rest and a cutaway. There's a custom-made three-coil humbucker in the bridge position, and it's controlled by three switches that handle what coil gets output, series/parallel, and coil tap. I have no idea how it works, and there isn't a good writeup about it anywhere. I do know that the person that the guitar was built for used a volume pedal with the guitar instead of having a built-in volume knob. He also had Holmes build the neck so that it would feel like his 1957 Les Paul Junior, but with 27 frets. The 3/3 split headstock has THC inlaid on it, which is a nice touch.

Today, I used some paper, pens, and coloured pencils to create a monster for my Friday session this week. I really want to post a picture of it, but my players lurk here. Maybe on Friday...

Go with a 4-string bass with passive pickups (does not require a battery).

I bought a Fender Squire Jazz Bass a few years ago... great quality and much cheaper than the standard version.

My players love/hate that all my villains make a lot of sense and all my victims turn out to be not quite so vicitmy as expected. I like to make them think hard about whether they 're doing the right thing.

Last session tonight for one of my longest running players... her character used finger of death on a dragon to explode it and her into globs of heroic flesh.... bye Gersh!

When our DM told us we were playing #Eberron in our next #dnd campaign I may have gotten excited.

4th Edition was the one edition of D&D that I skipped when it first came out. A while ago I decided to see what I'd missed.
