After last year’s hefty schedule restructuring as well as my Iron Artist marathon from December 1 to January 31, I am on track to reducing the work delays! Email correspondences will progressively improve and return to their typical 1 - 2 business day response window (exceptions apply for out of office periods and holidays). Project turnarounds are expected to return to normal in late May or June (projects may still be subject to additional required time depending on order quantity, queue, and complexity of the artwork).
