Trump: ".. me being taken for a "sucker". Iran certainly doesn't think so! Neither does anyone else."

Wrong! Iran does. And I do too.

Who can ever forgive the Americans for inflicting Trump on the world?

I will never be able to do so. There is a certain degree of dumbness that is just beyond forgiveness.

I'm wondering what kind of injuries these 349 US servicemen might have sustained if they're alive yet they "have been men".

If they're no longer men, what are they now?

Only potential? Give me strength.

I don't think it can do so.

Yes, I have found what you're referring to and linked to it above.

Why is it even "potential"? Having a death penalty at all ought to disqualify Israel, according to CoE rules, and having a racially discriminatory death penalty even more so.

But obviously Trump wouldn't understand or worry about any of these subtle legal considerations. His dealings are all essentially at primate level.

I checked and, surprisingly, I'm right. Even under Delaware company law.

The directors' defence, that they made the decision to forego refunds under unlawful presidential coercion or intimation that he would apply an unlawful incentive or retaliation, is unlikely to be found favourable by a court.

If they were to forego the refund, I think the directors could be successfully sued personally by shareholders (in the case of a public corporation) or by the company itself, for breach of fiducial duty. But I claim no expertise.

I meant fiducial duty.

Mob boss talk

That will be none of them, then.

No, I'm wrong. During those 4 days, the VP remains "acting president" . At the end of the 4 days, if cabinet has reaffirmed then the matter goes to Congress. If not, the presidency reverts.

Yes, they could. But that isn't an immediate process without majority cabinet agreement. And even if it is done, the president can refute it by letter and then gets a 4 day extension under the constitution, which is enough time for him to destroy much of human civilisation.

Quite. And even if there were such statutory provisions, Trump would most certainly ignore them

25th Amendment: The Cabinet and Vice President could invoke the 25th Amendment, declaring the president incapacitated, which would immediately transfer nuclear authority to the Vice President.
