It's a complex issue, yet Canada gets screwed every time.
But the feds don't want to fund solutions, and ditto on the USian side.
My knee-jerk reaction is to build huge dikes on our side & force the water back to the US of Russia & let them deal with it, like we are dealing with their BS tariffs.

We're in the burbs (Orléans) but we voted for McKenney. I wonder what could've happened with her leadership. Seems that many prefer to vote for the bland white guy.

But if they don't first fix the LRT & chaotic bus schedules, people would be out with tiki torches and scythes marching on city hall.
It would take years to recoup enough $ from congestion & other fees to fix all the problems.
In the meantime, it's a perfect storm.

That's where we continue to exist. I do the shopping, masked with an N95, and the only social stuff we do is phone calls, talking to neighbours outside, and going to patios in the summer.
