I am normally the same, and I also went “oh there’s more? Ok” at probably the same time you did

Image made in the game "Scriptorium: Master of Manuscripts" where you make illuminated manuscripts. It has the poem read at the end of Shelved by Genre episodes in a frame. It also has bookshelves, several items vaguely depicting things from various units of the show. Behind and above the bookshelves, in the center of the frame, is the "Genre Friend", who is dutifully putting books back on the shelves. It's not a good image and I'm not good at describing it I'm afraid.
@rangedtouch.bsky.social I made you something for #ShelvedbyGenre in Scriptorium. It's not very good, but it was fun to make. I hope I transcribed the poem correctly, English is not my first language and I couldn't find it written down anywhere.
i'd say my dog is smarter than about 15% of billionaires. i know it'd probably be funnier if i said all of them, or 50% of them, or something like that, but i think 15% is realistically closer
A lot about the world is very heavy right now but if a college football podcast that got jettisoned by Vox during the pandemic for not having a marketable audience can raise this much money for refugees in Atlanta in two days then just think of all the stuff we can all do together
Thinkin about Stan Rogers as is my wont these days

Two out of three ain’t bad.
i'm happy to see the onion take over infowars. i've been a big fan of the onion for quite a long time and it's given me plenty of laughs over the years. and as for infowars, i really disliked alex jones and disagreed with him on a whole lot of things. so to me, this whole situation is a win-win

Genre TV was better when they made 26 episodes a year out of the same six plywood sets and some woods near Vancouver and you cannot convince me otherwise.

i will never forget the time that [unnamed prominent adult catholic convert] took to twitter to ask whether jesus was man or god, as though it were a small point of "christology" and not the subject of the nicene creed and the primary issue in a very major heresy.
Absolutely not, there is a generic ass tennis shoe or possibly a leather shoe with a garish white sole because it’s supposed to be comfortable.
Type of fit you’d wear to reveal an Xbox exclusive first person shooter on stage at E3 2012.
So, here we are, a bunch of bratty internet rednecks, asking for a million bucks to help our newest neighbors achieve self-sufficiency in their new lives. We'll see how that goes.

The “Calvin’s dad explains two types” meme, inspired by a Calvin and Hobbes cartoon. Clockwise from top left: 1) Calvin’s dad walks into frame to find Calvin trying to operate a record player. The dad says: “There are only two industries left in America: gambling, and fraud.” 2) The dad shows where the record goes, and how to turn on the player, while Calvin watches. Dad says “Derivatives? Gambling. AI? Fraud. Video games? Gambling. Social media? Fraud.” Calvin says “yeah”. 3) With one hand open palm up, Calvin’s dad cheerfully explains to Calvin out of frame below him, “The stock market looks like gambling, but it’s actually fraud.” 4) In bed in a dark room, Calvin clutches at his pillow, eyes wide in existential terror. There is no text in the panel.

It’s profoundly ignorant to suggest that the Pope should be fighting crime on behalf of the Catholic Church. Anyone who was remotely familiar with Roman Catholicism would know that that’s what Daredevil is for

Yes, the Grink was there. I'm getting to that. He was on that island with me. And I wouldn't be alive to tell my story without him.
