Another take on the haunted house challenge plot:

The house is alive and do it’s best to make Ava go away in order to protect the ghost that is its only resident.

Ava gets killed that night but that’s okay cause now she can stay happily dead forever with her ghost crush Bea.

Ava gets challenged to spend the night in the haunted house near the cemetery.

What she didn’t expect was for the residents of said house (a demon, a witch, a werewolf, a mummy and a vampire) to be way more cool than her friends.

Her new mission? Do whatever it takes to be able to live there.

Ava knows many truths: the sky is blue; Ice cream is cold; Actors can be weird; The ocean is salt; Her moms love her; Squirrels are cute; Beatrice is a vampire.

What she doesn’t know is how long she will have to pretend to not know her best friend/crush set secret before she tells her herself.

Ava doesn’t like Beatrice since the academy when the woman refused to talk to her.

It doesn’t get better once they become partners as detectives and she only accept work conversations.

It definitely doesn’t get better once they have to pretend to be wives for a job.

Why talk when they can kiss?

Ava owns a Brazilian hotdog food truck and has only one goal in life: to make the serious gorgeous woman from the salad truck smile.

It all seems to vanish into steam when one day the salad truck stop appearing on their usual spot.

Will Bea ever again cross Ava’s sight?

Scorpion, Green and ... Beatrice always took great pride in her capacity to keep cool no matter what. They were among the forest, green surrounding them from all sides when a scorpion fell from a tree and stung her in the chest. "Bea!" Before Bea could snap out of her shock, Ava ran to her, pulled her shirt out of her way and pressed her lips against her breast, sucking hard. "Ava, that's not how we treat posioned sisters!" Shannon said, exasperated. "..." With a bright red face and neck Beatrice falls to the ground with Ava falling right on top of her. "Oh my god, is she dead?" Everything has a limit. Or the one where Bea faints from gay panic after Ava doesn't think twice before acting.
