One Piece Live Action was... perfect. Ok maybe not perfect, but pretty damn close. At a time when I'm struggling because of life stuff, this show gave me something to smile at. It filled my heart. Oda insisting on keeping creative control just shows these adaptations CAN work.

And there we have it. Exactly what I thought happened. I hope all the doomsayers can see we're all just human. MCG is just a small group of nerds making fun stuff, and not everyone is perfect all the time. It was such a nothing issue. Now let's all go back to doing what we love and chucking dice!

The post was likely scheduled. Its Sunday. MCG is not some huge corporation. Its just a handful of nerds and support staff. Im not saying the post isn't bad. But they're just people and they work Mon to Fri. Not everything had to be done "instantly". Patience. The internet had ruined us.

Raising eyebrows is fine, and calm reactions like yourself are the right way to go. This is obviously a bad move on MCG's part. But peoples comments like, "This is obvious abuse of...", and, "you DARE pull this!?", are not just raising eyebrows. That's just drama llama's. People need to simmer down.

Maybe by some, i would agree. But there are some where it is very much that way. I just think its important to not get all riled up before MCG reacts, and some are.

Everyone wants to immediately jump on this with an "aha gotcha!". But, multiple people work on MCG's social media, likely Kate wrote the announcement article but then someone like Liv did this post not realizing it. They schedule these things ahead, and it's the weekend. They'll take it down soon.
