"Piper wasn’t naive. Waitressing to pay the bills wouldn’t hurt her acting career. But reality TV? That felt like a different beast altogether."

I don’t write about royalty either but I’d say that has a lot of the same problems.
I am now answering questions on r/cooking straight out of research for my novel. This is the definition of “Knowing enough to be dangerous.”
The struggle is real.
Just going parallel with my regular career. I’d love to see moderate success at both.
Getting another sweep through book 2 done and sending out a newsletter!
Thank you!

Very little. I’m at a con and talked my mailing list up to people there but haven’t been able to focus. Right back to it tomorrow though.
Holy cats, you should be on “24!”
30s+ queer femme, who wants to feel good and think a little. Fond of spice. Bonus points for knowing sufficient American culture and romance tropes to get my jokes. Basically @guardianrock.bsky.social
I am still a newbie but that sounds to me like it will sell a lot of copies and Anne Hathaway will want the movie rights.
The draft I just finished is about crafting the love you need for who you are, no matter society’s expectations. The one due out in March is about finding love in a situation that’s beneath you and a person more complicated than they seemed.
“Principle decisions” by @theabelmont.bsky.social I love some spice.
The cover of “Sweet, Spicy, Delicate,” which shows two female hands putting strawberries on a rainbow cake.

I have tried to write through traumas but I’ve never felt like it produced good writing. These days good escapism is nice to have around.
I am very excited about AllisonAshton.com and even more so about the newsletters on the way. You sign up to get them on my site.
Someone I used to work with went and really liked it too!
