While some things do feel a bit strong at the moment, it's way too early to say what is the best as we may figure things out down the line. I look forward to playing this at locals and getting more matches under my belt
While it is the honeymoon phase, the overall mechanics and flow of the game feels great to play. The format could drastically change in the coming weeks, especially knowing a new color will be introduced as well. I'd really love to see this game succeed and have as much of a following as One Piece
Gundam Card Game Set 1 Thoughts and Impression:
-Constructed feels so great now that the full card pool is out
-White is the most versatile card color making any decklist better
-Green/Red Zeon Rush is very scary
-The art for cards is so nice and adds incentive for collectors
I've been looking forward to this game and have kept tabs on every bit of info that's been released and I want not just myself, but others to be ready for the launch of the first set on July 25th

While formulaic slop is becoming more abundant, that means there's even more room to appreciate the ones with creativity and originality in it
Jerry and Marge go Large (2022)
This movie really showed how important it is to be apart of/helping your Community. It's a very simple plot but really pleasant all the way through
Also shows that people not born into Money appreciate it 10x more and would share it amongst their people 👏🏿

At one point, Iron Man, Batman, and Superman were all in this movie. But fr, watching a pre-MCU RDJ with Val Kilmer was really funny and had a lot of charm to it

A Man called Otto (2023)
Just watched this while at work and got a bit teary eyed. A simple movie about just caring for your fellow person and that your presence in life matters to others even when you don't see it

Overall though, my limited time playing the game with friends and others who participated in the IRL events was a lot of fun and it has me really excited to see the game again at Launch in July!
While this may seem like an issue, the game has yet to reveal its full list of cards, including the fourth color type of cards which is not included in the Beta version so on release we could see things be vastly different and for the better
Some critiques I do have is going second is a bit strong given the level system is tied to the number of resource cards you have. Unit cards with the breach effect get a lot of value from battles as they chip away at your life no matter what (Wing Gundam pretty much destroys a base)
My first Impressions of the Gundam TCG:
Even with a limited pool of cards, this game is VERY fun to play and easy to learn. The flow of a match is very good and things pick up very fast as you continue to play. Linking/Pairing is a great mechanic that can really swing games in your favor
After years of hearing about it through friends and the Movie being available, I'm going to be watching through ALL of The Venture Bros.
