My stomach condition wont allow me to take hot baths (I also cant drink hot beverages or eat my food when its hot). I too have been ice capping my migraine for about a week now. Switching to a heated cap hoping it helps.
Hope yours eases up soon...

As someone who also suffers from chronic migraines and stomach pains, I can't tell you how much time I wasted in bed in pain and how many things I've missed due to this...

It's hard. I'm going through the same thing. Just remember all the laughs, hugs, and wisdom that was shared that made you into the person that you are today. No matter how much time has passed, it's still hard. Take all the time you need to feel your feels, you have a great support system around you
