Swapped ramps for the parsley, onion, garlic in the original & used a different flour, also upped the ramps to 1C. No ramps? The pane al’erbe is still delicious and easy. Recipe:

Tbh I’m just lucky my local farmers market has a couple who go foraging for ramps and show up for a few weeks every spring. I had a great local source in Chicago and didn’t think I’d see any much when we moved back to the DC area. Market is the only place I ever see them!
