Back to my routine after a two week vacation in Italy.

A day in Rome. A 400 year old church where I lit candles and prayed for the well being of the world. Then the colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Roman forum, ancient history reminding me that not much has changed. But it was a gorgeous day.

60. Counting the hours until our flight departs for Italy.

I had 79 weeks of meditation before I became ill with the flu and then covid. I didnt meditate for two weeks. Back at it for two weks now. At least the app retained my days and hours.

Will there be an appeal? This is horrible.
