On March 12th we set a new monthly temperature record (93 degrees F) and today we exceeded that by one at 94 degrees F. Two days in a month competing for the hottest ever recorded is insane!

Actually, we reached 93 degrees today as the temperature went up after my original post.

Hottest day ever recorded during the month of March in Ventura at 92 degrees. Also broke the February monthly record about two weeks ago. Marine heatwave, potentially strong El Niño next season and the reversal of climate policies all point towards extreme weather events in our near future.
