First loaf with my new recipe came out well but needed better crust

Second turned out beautifully for crust but I forgot salt

So you’d think for the third I’d keep it simple and just remember salt but noooo I’m using wheat flour 😭

I know the pomodoro method recommends 25 min work/5 min break but I prefer the reverse pomodoro, aka the orodomop, where I work for 5 min and then fuck around on my phone for 25min

I mean I would probably still drink it if it wasn’t worst that could happen is it’s less flavor but I sometimes add more water to the same tea bag so it’s not like I’d notice
