Emperor Flub's finest psychics would infiltrate the human world as pets, becoming their principal companion. They would masquerade as ordinary fish, all the while clouding the minds of all humans they encountered, compelling them to get their own pet fish.

Ambitious Ouphyre weaponised this ability against predators leading to the formation of aquatic empires, and the rise of Emperor Flub, ruler of Lake Sarva.
Though a small fish in a big lake, Flub saw the potential for a greater empire, one that could conquer land.
