In February 2027 Palantir's contract with the NHS comes up for renewal.
It is time to cancel it and get them out of the UK.
Pressure your MP's get them to vote Palantir OUT.
The dumbest headline I’ve seen this year
The Palestinian woman on the cover of L'Espresso speaks to MEE: "Israeli settlers were ready to kill us" - www.middleeasteye.net/video/palestinian-woman-...
Well done Spain.
"The new plan, worth €7 billion, triples government investment in public housing over the next four years. It ensures that subsidised housing cannot be reclassified after a few years. It also includes help for young renters and home buyers"
www.euronews.com/business/202...
Simple arithmetic. When you already have one home and somehow by whatever means get a second that means you own two homes. How difficult is that to grasp?
Armed Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian school and killed two people, including a 14-year-old child, today.
When mainstream media coverage ignores vital stories like this, Israeli settlers and soldiers are emboldened to continue killing Palestinians with impunity.
Ed Miliband today: "The era of fossil fuel security is over and the era of clean energy security must come of age....To ignore two crises in less than five years would be completely irresponsible… our action must now be faster deeper and more wide ranging.”
New Survation poll has shown a “miserable” level of support for nuclear power in Scotland while more than half believe the main focus should be on renewables.

Margaret Hodge, who was given a peerage by Keir Starmer, says there's nothing wrong with cronyism.
Hodge is currently the governments official anti corruption champion.
"Israels genocidal war has transformed Gaza into a wasteland of death and debris"
A report on the immense challenges facing the recovery and reconstruction of Gaza.
Rachel Reeves repeats the mantra that Britain "did not join" the US war on Iran
But ministers allowed the US to use UK bases to build up forces in the MidEast to bomb Iran, and allowed the US to bomb Iran from UK on 'defensive' missions.
Does that amount to joining the war?
"The Shadow Contract investigates how one of the most powerful surveillance companies in the world is being handed sweeping access to your NHS data - quietly and without your consent."

"The Labour Government is weak, and Starmer is historically unpopular. He has already reached for the camouflage once to cement his authority.
As the drive to war accelerates, he won’t think twice about doing so again" writes Coll McCail✍️

Israeli forces have been shooting journalists, engaging in documented sexual violence [https://bit.ly/4vIAIcT] not to mention destroying hospitals and schools... but hit a statue of Jesus and finally two are instantly jailed. Clear priorities.

Still of the view that the biggest risk in this whole mess is widespread hunger in poorer countries leading to political instability.

A detail everyone is ignoring or forgetting.
Peter Mandelson masterminded Keir Starmer's reshuffle days before the scandal broke.
That is, while he was the US Ambassador.
This seems like quite an important detail!
If Starmer ignored all the red flags around Mandelson and was so easily pushed around by his chief of staff his character and judgement are very much in question.
"Parties divided among themselves do not inspire confidence in the electorate. Labour’s internal divisions are an open, gaping wound which will not heal before Scotland goes to the polls in just over two weeks" writes Paul Kavanagh ✍️

Map from UKMTO
An Iranian gunboat has attacked a container ship 15 nautical miles off Oman.
This makes no sense at all:
"While the dominance of the fiscal rules left them tied to pledges not to raise income tax or national insurance."
Nothing in the fiscal rules stops the government from putting up taxes!
www.theguardian.com/politics/202...
Just for perspective, while I think on. Based on my reckoning, there have been seven Labour Prime Ministers and three have had to deal with questions about Mandelson. You know, if we are playing the "how could Starmer have known he was unsuitable" game.
The UK rate of inflation has climbed to 3.3%, its biggest jump in years, as rising fuel prices push the cost of living higher💸
Just saying
Pat McFadden is still defending the original decision to appoint Mandelson.
"You had a former business secretary & a former trade commissioner, & thought to have done well in both of those jobs"
You forgot the words 'for himself'
The Justice Secretary suggesting being accused of a crime and imprisoned for 3 years is just like “scraping your knee” in order to justify undermining and restricting a fundamental cornerstone of our democracy is one of the most absurd arguments from the government so far
