I am actively working on The Sierra Express at the moment

Got so many things I need to finish first but I really want to run a PbP OSR-ish wilderness adventure game that uses some variation of the Cataphracts single roll combat resolution, real-time time tracking, and maybe multiple parties on the same map

Oh I played in I think a playtest version of this last year, it was a lot of fun

I've created printable (and editable) pregens of all 20 Cairn 2e backgrounds. These took way longer than they should have.

In my normal time zone the Internet went dead late evening and that's when I did all my miniphracts order processing

Do appreciate everyone I'm playing with being very good about me saying I am going to bed at such and such a time and this is your new deadline for consequential decisions though

Most unexpected thing about Cataphracts (probably online games generally) and being in a different time zone is that instead of doing most things in the morning and again around dinnertime it's basically all first thing in the morning and I'm missing my early evening game checkin

When I get back I will focus on my Kickstarter as well so I don't have time for cataphracts scope creep

Think I need to start planning the next miniphracts for real before I come up with more ideas that will be an absurd amount of ref work
