This movie is a straight up crime-mystery, and the thing I love most about it is the villain…. Who isn’t even in the trailer, they’re keeping such a tight lock on it!
(The choice really is one to widen the eyes of animation fans & movie lovers. 🤫)
Out this August!

Well done BigTrak!
Lunchtime walk. Mabel mooches, Barney watches.
For Sean Lock’s birthday. I bloody loved him. Highlight of my comedy “career” was hearing him laugh at something I said on stage. I’ve posted this well known clip before but I feel it captures his essence so well. youtu.be/cPpac4QGmXE?...
Photo of the inside of a bird box. You can see the head of a great tit
Monochrome photo the inside of a bird box, you can see it clutch of looks to be seven great tit eggs
Bird box update. At least seven eggs are visible. I'm guessing we have to wait another week before anything hatches

That is gorgeous!
Phwoar!
Sigh, FFS....
The English are at it again.
A line of Moomin mugs.
I have several including a few I picked up at Stockmann when we went to my brother's wedding in 2006 and one from Malmö in Sweden when we were there in 2023 (we were actually visiting Copenhagen, but we just had to do a day trip to Malmö seeing as it was so close. )
Share an 80s movie you will always love.
I don't remember the score, but I do remember the ridiculous dog fight/chase scene where they deter a heat-seeking missile by firing a flare out of a window.
Apropos of nothing, "George and Mildred" ,(another spin off of "Man About The House") and Bester's classic novel "The Stars My Destination" both feature characters with the same name/different spelling (Jeffrey Fourmile/Geoffrey Fourmyle).
Well, I guess it was the sequel to Mandelson About The House!
The one with Concorde being the silliest (in my opinion)...
Bloody hell. That's just terrible. I'm really sorry.
So kids, don't copy music!
My brother was getting married to a Finn in Helsinki. He wanted All Things Bright and Beautiful at the church and asked my infant school teacher wife if she could send him a photocopy of the music for the organist. At the ceremony we all discovered there's more than one version of the tune.
The only smart move that twat has ever made was not standing in the 2024 election. He was so rubbish that he managed to turn the once solidly Tory Wokingham to LD and Labour. It used to be the case that a hat stand would be elected here as long as it wore a blue rosette. Good riddance.
Ain't no bigot like a Staffordshire bigot.
It must be Destroy Infrastructure Week again.
I suspect Starmer would be in less trouble if he'd just been up front at the start and said "Look, we think it would be to Britain's advantage if we had someone awful to be our on point person with Trump. On balance, Peter might be a marginally better choice than Boris!"
I don't know much about turtles, but I'm pretty sure they need a bigger pond than that!
A great tit hen sitting on her eggs
An infrared photo showing five great tit eggs
Clearest view so far of the great tit eggs. If they were laid on Monday or Tuesday, then chicks might appear from next weekend onwards.

Honestly kids, pay into your pension. Future you will be really grateful.
One for @stooduptoofast.bsky.social
I used to name mine based on spine colours or other features but I agree it's really difficult. The exception was a one eyed hog that we named Columbo. It couldn't have been too much of an impediment as they returned on multiple occasions over two successive years
"A.I. is not for you. It's more of a Shelbyville idea."
oh yes. Visually and audibly. I watch a lot of it with my glasses off. But totally worth it.
