Love this response, thank you! 🤗 I didn’t know either at one point.

Good point and please reconsider use of that word. Maybe “up in arms,” “bent outta shape,” “overreacting,” “losing their minds…” - plenty of options that don’t have a history of racism. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...
Nazis but this time with aaall the money and scifi-level technology we only dreamed of as kids, what could possibly go wrong
Get a screenshot zoomed in on the satellite image in Google maps while you still can. They’ve been changing things and removing comments/tags the past few days.
Aerial view of industrial buildings and structures on a concrete lot with minimal vegetation.
This satellite image of CECOT sure sends some vibes. Even if this is over a year old, they knew exactly what they were doing and where they were sending innocent people.
It’s like a fish not noticing the water. Why would it? It takes privilege & effort to see/unlearn (travel can be especially effective but not necessarily a given) along with the patience & help of others.
last night i asked a packed atrium full of college kids if they were afraid of their futures and the scream they launched back at me actually shook the floor
This is how they privatize our government institutions. Make it so it doesn’t work by understaffing it then turn around and say”see it doesn’t work” and sell it off to the highest bidder so they can take it over. Then they buy the stocks of said company and make money off it. We fucked yall
Hey there! 👋 Even if someone could care less about being “PC,” non-gendered, non-genitalia oriented options are so much more accurate & impactful. I prefer equal opportunity insults like coward a-hole spineless POS. Same for the best compliments- courageous, hilarious, kind, creative, & resilient.
We have to assume nothing is off the table but I suspect China’s strategy will be to play Russia & the US against each other. Two egomaniacal comically insecure dictators would be easy to manipulate into destroying each other while China focuses their aggression elsewhere & profits off both sides.
Best idea I’ve seen all day!
Also, ovaries, or better yet, backbone. Pretty sure an abundance of balls, “big balls” even, is part of what got us into this mess in the first place.
Ooorrr, channel that energy into getting everyone around you even more fired up & organized, make sure anyone you know in red or purple areas they visit next is even more excited & motivated to see them. Let’s get all current & former MAGA folks from the“find out” to the “fix it” phase ASAP!

I’m constantly amazed, often infuriated, by how revisionist histories nevertheless found their way in. A well-educated American who deliberately studies history in free time simply to be a more informed, responsible citizen/voter still falls short. So many lies to unlearn. Propaganda works, huh? 😔
Dayum, Canada! Oh how I wish a basic education in historical facts, or general acceptance that objective facts exist at all, weren’t such a flex on us. 🤦♀️ I was lucky to have parents & public school teachers who valued quality education, even/especially when history wasn’t so flattering.
Even “good ones,” like my senators @ronwyden.bsky.social & @jeff-merkley.bsky.social are starting to look like part of the problem - so many missed opportunities to build a united front & effective opposition - w/o real change/courage Dems would squander Waltz, AOC, or even Sanders in higher office🤦♀️
Unless the majority of Democratic leadership stops playing the same old party politics BS, commits fully to reforming the broken, corrupt system that got us here, & stop jockeying for their next position of power & wealth, they won’t let the few truly capable leaders get anything done.
Honest, humble answer from a scared/angry/tired AF American- even if we had the most perfect, inspiring candidate, no one person can save us and we don’t have the luxury of waiting/hoping for primary elections in 2026, let alone the next presidential in 2028.
These are the senators who collaborated with the GOP.

Don’t let them forget it. No peace for them.
They are just so emotional.
Yes, please do this!
Exactly.
I’m looking squarely at myself first. I’m not rich by any means, paycheck to paycheck but always food on the table & keeping a roof over a couple heads, but I gotta start by asking myself what I’m willing to risk to not be complicit. My answer is truly “everything” w/ stakes this high.
…to cling to the status quo of our broken 2 party system. I should be first to get arrested for peaceful protest & strategic civil disobedience. I signed up for public service & should be willing to stick my neck out on your behalf.” People w/ $ & privilege need to step up & walk the walk.
Yup. I think this is part of why folks are so mad with Dems, even if they can’t articulate it. I know they can only “do” so much by definition of the role, but they could be powerful examples of taking responsibility, even when something isn’t their fault. Step up & say “I was wrong to ask you…
We have to stop taking the bait and letting their algorithms and single hot button issues manipulate and keep us divided. Divided we FALL really hits different now, huh?
Yes. We have to start w/ what should be the most basic assumption of what it means to be American, the most aspirational essence of our country - are you pro-Constitution? Freedom? Separation of church & state? - great, let’s start there & work together until we have the option to get into details.
