You did a good job on this post, @Ryan! Great advice, by the way. I agree that participating in school events is a fabulous way to connect with younger classmates and helps take some of the pressure off if you're a bit shy. 👍

Thank you, Avanish! If nothing else, I really do hope that people will remember to be more kind and patient with themselves and to not give up.

Thank you Ayush! I hope that by being open and honest about my own struggles and challenges others learn that it's ok to struggle and that everyone does it, so they don't internalize it as something negative. It can be a great learning opportunity.

I'm sorry you've had similar experiences, Ryan, but I'm glad you've found something that works! Changing my environment usually works for me, too, if the other methods fail me.

So, I've just realized I missed a whole important chunk of work for one of my classes, and it has me STRESSED! I can let it overwhelm me, or I can try to come up with solutions to rectify the situation, recoup lost grades, and learn from my mistake so I (hopefully) never do this again.

Wow... keeping track of my classes and due dates has been stressing me out, so I'm changing things up to see what works.
1. I've added what I can find to Google Calendar with notifications to yell at me as a reminder. lol
2. I've also printed out each course essentials, syllabus, and outlines
