Riverside, Iowa has a bronze statue of Captain Kirk, Bloomington, Indiana has a bronze statue of Captain Janeway, Linlithgow, Scotland has an entire museum exhibit dedicated to Montgomery 'Scotty' Scott.

He played for the New York Rangers and the Chicago Blackhawks between 1949 and 1963, establishing himself as a reliable defensive player.
During his time with Chicago, Evans was part of the team that won the Stanley Cup in 1961, becoming the first Welsh-born player to achieve this honor.

Florida is being horrifically impacted by climate change, they need all the pirates they can get their hands on.

Miniature Welsh hippos, the full size ones are huge, and mean!
I was reading this after reading an article about the Pablo Escobar "Cocaine hippos" having to be killed.
First thought - That would make a great movie.
Second though - Was there a prehistoric Pablo Escobar type character in Wales?

With the changes to the election maps, I’m pretty concerned that Ceredigion could shift from Plaid due to Reform. And in this election overseas voters are barred from voting.

We were putting the working dogs in the shed for the night, I was looking around and saw a sizable black creature in a frozen stance about 30 feet away, I called to my girlfriend “do you have Jake” she shouted back “yeah they are all in”
I saw one back in about 95/96 out on a hill farm in the hills outside of Talybont, Ceredigion.
