I can’t imagine what else might have done it. I had a salad with burrata. My husband tried a bite of it. We all had pizza. The kid is fine. I was very sick. My husband was more mildly ill. It had to be the burrata. Devastating, but I can’t imagine what else it might be.

Twice my husband and I have taken a beach vacation in April. Twice we have been stricken with GI illnesses. I have survived this time, but I may never be able to eat burrata again.
