The power-hungry NC Republican lawmakers are up to their old tricks again - using a lame duck special session and a bill that’s supposed to be for Helene recovery to politicize election administration and strip power from elected Democrats.

I planted tulip bulbs this weekend. It’s a small, but concrete, way to create some post-election optimism. Pretty sure our country will be in major crisis under Trump. At least I’ll have one good thing to look forward to in 2025. 🌷
