I liked Lee Cronin’s The Mummy precisely because it is another Evil Dead, and not actually a Mummy film.

Expect to hear A LOT about S04 of #from because it’s the best damn horror show on TV.
New episodes kick off Sunday and I’ve got a refresher on @bloody-disgusting.com to get you ready (after a 15 month break!)
I'm so sorry, because I know that this is going to blow up the spot of some people that I care about:
Stop holding lav mics. You look stupid. You know where it goes. You know influencers were too dumb to use it right and that's how it became a trend.
YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS.
Oh cool, my fiancé went to university in York, and it’s real close to where I live as well, so I know it well. Have a great time!
Have a well deserved break, you’ve earned it!
Multiplayer in HALLOWEEN is a 1v4 asymmetrical horror experience that pits the residents of Haddonfield against Michael Myers.
Here's everything you need to know about HALLOWEEN: THE VIDEO GAME's multiplayer mayhem: bloody-disgusting.com/video-games/...
He's not wrong but it's also the theater's jobs to make us want to go. Not enforcing their own "No cellphone" and "No talking" policies while making concession prices ludicrous has kept me away.
Project Songbird has some faults in the gameplay department, and yet I find it difficult to get hung up on those when parts of this semi-autobiographical horror title resonated with me on such a deeply personal level. My review for @bloody-disgusting.com

Aunt Gladys. ❤️❤️❤️
I had no idea the Oscars even did ties! Would be so funny if they did this for Best Picture (and neither of the front runners are among the two)
The first Academy Award of the night goes to Amy Madigan for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Aunt Gladys in WEAPONS! #Oscars
That opening was genuinely the first time an Oscar skit has made me laugh in forever
Opening with a parody of the best scene from the best film that’s nominated tonight (Weapons) is actually a good way to get me on board
Now that many have finished Resident Evil Requiem, may I recommend CRISOL: THEATER OF IDOLS.
Very RE8 and Bioshock coded, artistic level design, clever puzzles, unique story based on Spanish lore and tense combat where your blood is bullets.
Very janky but it’s less than $20.
Metacritic has sent a reminder email to all games site editors/publishers which is pretty strong, and great:
@baronaim.bsky.social Also, I am unspeakably excited to play whatever that mystery set piece is you’re teasing
@baronaim.bsky.social I was a little concerned about the whole Racoon City nostalgia baiting, so it’s a relief to hear that it’s not going to dominate the whole game. A big part of the joy of any new Resident Evil for me is discovering new environments and learning their secrets
If I wasn't already hyped for RESIDENT EVIL REQUIEM, @baronaim.bsky.social's review has me foaming at the mouth for Friday's release.
Crisol: Theater of Idols reminds me of the kind of gimmicky shooter that I would have rented from Blockbuster back in the Xbox 360 era. To be clear, that is not meant as a dig, but rather as an affectionate endorsement. My review for @bloody-disgusting.com

Curious about Saber's upcoming game HELLRAISER: REVIVAL? @harrisonabbott.bsky.social has a pretty cool interview with the developers on pushing the boundaries of sex and violence and keeping it Clive Barker authentic.
For @bloody-disgusting.com, I spoke to Hellraiser: Revival director Emil Esov. Among other things, we covered the game’s graphic content, how it was too much for some colleagues, his interactions with the ESRB, and the awkwardness of working on raunchy scenes

One day until The Victor Initiative: Chapter 5 releases.

With a cinematic adapatation just around the corner, I took a deep dive into Silent Hill 2 for @bloody-disgusting.com, looking at how ahead of its time it was, the way it uses the unique language of video games to tell its story, and what makes it so special

2026 is looking to be another stellar year for horror gaming. Among other things, we’ve got macabre animal hybrids, legendary slasher icons, dino madness, and the return of a genre juggernaut. Here's our 10 most anticipated titles at @bloody-disgusting.com

With 2025 drawing to a close, @Baronaim.bsky.social and I rounded up our best horror games of the year for @bloody-disgusting.com
It was tough whittling it down to just 10 spots but I’m very happy with the list we ended up with and think we landed on a very worthy number 1 pick!
I honestly think the first two instalments of Welcome to Derry are the weakest. Especially since the horror revolves around that CGI bat baby. It steadily improves from there and the penultimate episode is a pretty great horror bloodbath
Sitting down with an ice cold glass of Nuka Cola Quantum as I start my most anticipated show of the year
Imagine surviving an apocalyptic battle with an extra dimensional, world eating God, only to then get axed to death by a middle aged alcoholic
Thanks so much to @bloody-disgusting.com for the writeup on The Victor Initiative! Chapter 5 is right around the corner and I can't wait to reveal what's in store!
