Review of Queer as all Get out by Shelby Criswell I recently re-upped my membership at the local county library, both as an act of support and to relive the 90’s by making custom CD mixtapes. They had moved things all around, and I had to wander the whole place, which turned out to be a good thing, as I stumbled upon Queer As All Get Out, 10 people who inspired me by Shelby Criswell. I had never heard of the book or illustrator before, but I am a sucker for queer history. I am so glad I did. Shelby interweaves the stories of ten queer people from various times with her own personal story, creating a narrative device that draws you right in.
