well apprently its not entirely open source as the moderation logic is obfuscated and they have plans to make more code non foss

well iirc you have time until march. as of right now i agree, it is hard to choose a correct one. i could only recommend to wait a bit for the "hype" about apps to cool down as a ton of ai apps have been popping up etc and they will naturally die out

i know for a fact revolt/stoat will fail because they wanna run it as central service like discord, so it will fail based on that alone already
