I'm so so sorry. We lost our girl 2 years ago next week from Lymphoma. She was my wife's heart dog, she still tears up regularly thinking of her. We just got a new puppy a few months ago. It still hurts, but there is also joy. Hugs to you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. 💔 One of our cats did something similar when he died. He crawled under the covers and slept at my hip. He'd been sick. But I got up to go to the bathroom in the night and he died while I was gone. I think they sometimes wait until we leave. Our dog was the same.
