Yep. They have a fellow teacher who serves as a mentor and does observations and provides support. As an Instructional Coach, I'm required by District policy to do a coaching cycle with each new teacher. I observe and debrief/plan weekly.

Grrrr. I work in an urban public high school. I'm terrified of the implications for our students. 😨

No kidding! I can't even count the number of nasty comments about Laken I've had on my TikTok videos. Say her name is their favorite. I finally had to make a response video, but they still come now and again. Laken's case was horrific for sure, but so are kids lost in school shootings.

What the actual F??? Worried beyond belief about what the fallout will be for public schools. As an educator of 30ish years, I’m terrified of what all of the implications for our students in the urban district I’ve worked in for 12 years.
