I find it interesting that the Netherlands govt isn't decreasing the fuel tax in response to the oil crisis. Instead, funding is going to other measures to support household budgets.

It will push more people to EVs, rather than maintain petrol usage.

So if you have huge sets of data across disparate sources you can build staggering amounts of knowledge about individuals so dummy birthday or varying used IDs wont stop those who would know.

Here's an interesting hypothesis - the cell phone tower records can build a set of relationships between individuals because phones move in and out of its range at similar times - now lots do, but if you have tens of thousands of records you can know for certain who knows each other. 2/3

Well that’s good to some degree but big data allows the researcher to build valid identidy with correct data from other sources. The relationships can even work across different user IDs names etc because the relationship can be established through fuzzy associations. 1/2

Doncha love all these quizzes that get people to disclose unique identifiers. Anyone with knowledge of big data can see how trivial his makes identity theft.

Very reassuring, lovely birds we dont get here. Unfortunately all three of our kookaburra chicks disappeared on the virtually the same day. They were very capable and self feeding then gone. The parents are carrying on but very confusing for us.
