Workings in the garden.

This week, I intended to get back into eating healthier and exercising. I instead spent most of my time cleaning and killing lice and nits from little girls hair.

Tried ginsing today. I'm pretty happy with it. Normally, I have a static feeling through my body. It seems to make my nerves feel smooth.

I was reading about taking ginseng and worrying about side effects. Then I remembered my dr once prescribed me amphetamines.

I need another week like this.

We had beautiful weather over the weekend. I will be getting my garden ready soon. This week will be all about eating well, gardening, and peace.

Been walking around the grocery store forgot I was wearing this.

As I didn't really like the new dune movies. Reliving the story through this very well done audio book will make my nerves heart much happier.
