Mohsen Mahdawi of White River Junction, Vermont was illegally detained by ICE during what was supposed to be the final step in his citizenship process.
Mr. Mahdawi, a legal resident of the US, must be afforded due process under the law and immediately released from detention.

Judge Jamee Comans—who worked for ICE 2012-2021—has ruled that the US Govt can deport Mahmoud Khalil simply because Rubio wants him gone.
To be sure—let alone entering evidence that he broke the law, the Govt admits no such evidence exists. His "crime" is his speech for Palestine.

We must continue to demand an end to all U.S. military aid, enact sanctions & divest. This is the only way to achieve a permanent ceasefire. We must work to build community, because we keep us safe. We must take a firm stand against oppression overseas and at home. Keep eyes on Gaza & the West Bank.
