A catastrophic climate event is upon us. Here is why you’ve heard so little about it | George Monbiot Scientists say a crucial Atlantic system is set to collapse. But the billionaire death cult that steers humanity’s destiny just doesn’t do existential crises, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

Your heirs (if you have any) should seek higher ground somewhere in the mid-latitudes. My guess the TSWHTF around 2075.

What might happen if a Chinese- flagged tanker arrived in the Strait of Hormuz heading for an Iranian oil terminal but accompanied by a Chinese destroyer. Another Chump TACO or WWIII?

Richard Tice signed accounts wrongly claiming £98k tax exemption Four companies in Richard Tice’s Quidnet group wrongly treated Quidnet REIT dividends as tax-exempt, underpaying about £98,000 in corporation tax.

Critical Atlantic current significantly more likely to collapse than thought Scientists say finding is ‘very concerning’ as collapse would be catastrophic for Europe, Africa and the Americas

An extinction level event is coming & we are too stupid & shortsighted to recognise why. No, it's not from space. It's due to our inability to control our carbon emissions & our insatiable greed for growth. We were warned & now it's looking like it's too late. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

It's this simple. IMO, Palantir does not have the best interests of the NHS nor of patients at heart.

Can't get excited over Artemis II b/c it's just a very costly repeat of what was done about 50 YEARS ago. If NASA had made the same technology leaps as semiconductors and computing, people would be dying on Mars and a few outer solar system moons by now.

‘A litany of lies’: Trump’s rambling primetime Iran address sparks backlash US president’s 19-minute Wednesday address at the White House was met with bewilderment from commentators

Untethered from reality — Congress, please put this sun-downing dino out to pasture or prison. Either is good.

During national emergency that is EXACTLY what government can do. AND I never suggested steal the oil from Big Oil — it could be bought by government at same price paid for barrels from ME and sold at UK pumps, etc. The aim is to secure oil and gas for UK economy during current crisis.

Can PM Starmer answer this? If UK sold none of daily Brent crude oil & natural gas from N.Sea on world markets but instead used it to support UK economy in this Chump-induced resources disaster, what % of UK's daily needs would be covered? Could shortfall be made up by buying from Norway?

Analysis: Trump’s suspiciously timed announcements on Iran | CNN Politics President Donald Trump’s recent reversal on his big red line for Iran is prompting some questions on what, exactly, is motivating his wartime decision-making.

Some others also think market manipulation is occurring. SEC watch for possible insider trading patterns of Trump-related people in the know. edition.cnn.com/2026/03/23/p...

These Trump "talks with Iran" that Iran calls fake news look a lot like market manipulation. Hope SEC is watching for large insider trades from his (now very quiet) family and cronies.

There's a word for it — kakistocracy.
System of government led by worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens, representing pinnacle of incompetent or corrupt leadership. Originating in 17th century from Greek kákistos (worst) & krátos (rule).
