the labeler creates the labels dynamically based on biggest PDSes across the entire network and is not manually defined; i think to reach the "top" you need to have like 9-10 accounts in total.

this is what i did - pds.mice.tel for @atproto/pds and at.mice.tel for tranquil.farm (altho i plan on keeping both for the foreseeable future)

you can't! technically speaking the endpoints would be compatible but migration scripts don't exist yet, plus the signing way of some PDSes (such as tranquil specifically) differs from the one used by @atproto/pds
