The other idea I just got, as I was looking at the second picture of Mark Ruffalo too fast and thinking about books I just bought. Ugh, Migraines aren't fun. I don't get them, but my mom used to. I do get sinus headaches, though. I do take tons of meds with GI side effects. The sinus stuff sometimes activates that (or it just happens!). I DO have WeatherX, an app to track air pressure for migraines, so I can prepare a little.
