Primordium, set on the same ring, was basically a retelling of Ringworld already (Chakas is 100% Teela Brown). They could have given us an Elite companion to reference Speaker to Animals. Incorporated Ancient Human cities into the terrain. Included a variety of weird locations. So much potential!

So mad at the blandness of Halo Infinite's campaign after reading Ringworld because AN OPEN WORLD GAME THAT TOOK INSPIRATION FROM THAT NOVEL AND HALO: PRIMORDIUM COULD HAVE BEEN SO COOL AND FUN

Eighteen years ago, the Noble Class was one of the first ships of Star Trek Online that anyone saw. Now, with her remaster on PC, Xbox and Playstation as the free reward for First Contact Day, Art Lead Philip Dunne has recreated the iconic Game Informer cover! Look at the majesty!
How could I have missed the release of this book in 2023? 🤷♂️
"An oversized full-color hardcover volume exploring the birth and early life of LEGO Space—the iconic toy line that inspired imagination and exploration the world over!"
You might like my book, then! Includes interviews with some of the original set designers.

I've had this on my wishlist for a while, didn't realize you wrote it!!
a fleet of pre-prequel era republic ships facing off stark’s fleet in front of a planet

Just saying, First Contact turns 30 this November... @startrekonline.bsky.social
What a lovely Spring morning :)
"Bird-Of-Berth" Fanmade 'battle' Oberth design by me- the pod on the bottom is removed, the wings splayed out and a torpedo launcher affixed to each of them. A pair of twin underslung phaser cannons jut out under the nacelles, and another pair of torpedo launchers are mounted under the saucer and on a tall mast at the tail end of the vessels hull.
you gotta break more then a few eggs.
I present, with utmost fear of my own creation, the Bird-Of-Berth- Finally, the Exploding Canoe will have its revenge!
This, in no small terms, has been a joke build that has been rattling inside my head for literal years at this point. I just had to.
😬😬😬😬
Thanks!
Actually had a nightmare last night about people being mad I'm slow rn lol, especially after all the delays last year. Working on it tho <3
Hey all just a heads up, I started a full time job a month or so ago and it's been way more stressful than anticipated. That's why I haven't been posting and progress has been slow on orders!
Looking for another job, but for now I'm finishing orders and commissions as fast as I can!
The Republic Star Destroyer.
I went with a different take from many other interpretations of this ship. I didn't want it to look like an ISD nor a Mon Calamari. I wanted it to look like a buffed up Rendili Dreadnaught.
Concept art for a Mr Spock alarm clock

Stumbled across this on YouTube, I believe the artist (who has a really cool retro style) used the audio from the Dark Empire audio drama for the dialogue as well.
Dark Empire might be my favorite SW story from Legends, so this is a fun watch!

Red LEGO TOS torso.
Blue LEGO TOS torso with Spock's hairpiece.
So apparently there's a TOS Bridge LEGO set coming this summer! Torso and hair pieces just started leaking out of nowhere.
So wild to me that we're getting an official Vulcan hairpiece!!!
This bundle also includes variants of the ships inspired by later eras of Star Trek ship design:
- The Interceptor is a 24th century NP-class
- The Ortiz is a 24th century NV-class
- The Talas is a 25th century Starfleet Kumari
- The Sonak is a 25th century Starfleet Suurok

New bundle means new concept art! First up, the modernised Federation skin for the Suurok class- probably my favourite design I've cooked up as of yet, this was SO MUCH fun to work on!

LOVE the silhouettes on this one! Very very happy to see more modern Vulcan ships :)
Just the subjective opinions aren't necessarily reflective of the actual skills of those involved in the show's creation, or reasons to be rude imo :)
It catered to me extremely well! I was a hater up until I watched the first episode, it won me over immediately.
I personally thought that SFA's writing and storytelling was pretty incredible, perhaps it just wasn't for you?
Images reads: When we talked to talked to you and Gaia a couple of weeks ago, you teased the season 2 finale a bit. So just to be clear, would you call it a cliffhanger? Noga Landau: I would say it is a cliffhanger. It is a cliffhanger at the end of season 2. The season 1 finale wraps up cleanly, even though you knew you had another season. But for season 2 you don’t know, so why go with a cliffhanger? Noga Landau: Honestly it’s because we listened to what our story wanted to be, and we went with it. We wrote it the way that it felt organic and natural. And I hope we get to keep making many more seasons of Starfleet Academy, because we have a lot more story to tell.

Image of the U.S.S. Athena from Star Trek: Starfleet Academy
While we've got an exciting day for Star Trek Online tomorrow, I do want to mourn the cancellation of Starfleet Academy. It was a joyful show that emphasized the power of empathy, friendship, and curiosity in the best tradition of Star Trek. Thank you and good luck to the crew of the U.S.S. Athena.
One of the biggest hurdles for Legacy has always been that everybody seems to disagree about what it actually is.
Would not be shocked at all if it was pitched to her this way at some point, she's intelligent and experienced enough not to just make that up out of thin air!
The farm is looking a little more lively today!
