4. We are working in shades of grey, it is not meant to be black & white: Debriefing for Transformative sim: is dynamic, exciting and full of opportunities waiting to be explored!

1. Collab locally, create simsafety clubs and build local capacity & understanding of sim for transformation.
2. Sim for improvement generates 'Dirty Data (my interpretation!)', Sim is not in isolation but with other systems to improve it.
