It's kind of okay. The money will come. I'm better off than I was. I'm about to be eaten by interest when my first 18 months on this credit card ends, but I'm making some money! And that's great. And I will make money from writing one day soon. These things will be paid, in time, with luck.
I'm working a lot lately, which is great. But cashflow is not easy, so I had to pay some traffic citations before I get new joint gear. But I definitely need better joint gear for daily walking. And probably some new shoes. Alas, I don't have the funds!
Then maybe I'll get my permanent retainer removed. It's been there a long time, so my last dental cleaning broke one side of it off. They repaired it, for free, but it disintegrated. So now this piece of metal is only attached to one side of my teeth lmao.
That and their food. They're eating well, soft and shiny as ever, and I'm not compromising on ingredients, but I wanted to keep buying locally. I'll get back to that, but right now Petco's less expensive WholeHearted line is working for us.
I'm in a very broke phase of life, so I've been using pine pellets for my cats' litter. And while that's finally going pretty well, it's more work than other litter substrates. So for my back and my joints, as well as my cats, that's gonna be one of my first upgrades whenever I'm not so broke.
