Cle Elum to Ellensburg on the Palouse to Cascades Trail ✅
It’s incredibly windy today as forecast. Rather than ride the torturefest to Cle Elum or sit around feeling sorry for myself at my hotel I decided to get creative: I took a bus to Cle Elum and rode *back* with the wind as a *tailwind*.

Policies that are helpful for child-bearing and rearing are inherently left-wing coded because they involve taking a lot of time and effort to do things that aren't immediately profitable or gratifying but have an intangible long-term benefit to the whole of society.

Okay. Yes this is incredible in a way that's hard to put into words, but I'm also boggled by Big Shot Rob. This too feels unreal.

Also the funniest one loved Paul Simon, absolutely *hated* Art Garfunkel, was not a fan of Bob Marley, but then got very down with Toots and the Maytals, and I was like, you know! This bunny is a little bit of a music snob

I'm a former suburb to city car commuter, and every bit of support I could throw behind expanded access to public transportation, bicycle paths, pedestrian paths I would. Still do.
But a safe bicycle path does make other spaces more viable.

When I commuted into the city every bicyclist I saw improved my route immensely. For selfish reasons alone, everyone who has to commute by car should do everything in their power to make bicycle and pedestrian routes in cities and suburbs as safe and viable as possible.

Worried about pedestrians? Build better bike lanes.
Worried about bicyclists? Build better bike lanes.
Worried about cars? Build better bike lanes.
These concerns are alleviated by better bicycle infrastructure; it makes everyone safer and provides more work, travel, & recreational opportunities.

This is cool. This song is kind of like a No Wave twee to me (only one like it so far), but listening to more of their stuff I get it. Chicken 80 has a great little funky bass running through it.

If they feel is expulsion would pass, or close enough to worry, its better to just up and quit isn't it? I think you lose your benefits for expulsion, but keep them if you just quit.

Until we have a national ban on gerrymandering there should be **zero** blue state Republicans in the House. None.

the only reason why this isn't a pure "me sowing/me reaping" situation is that Republicans don't really believe you're *allowed* to fuck with their votes. They're supposed to be protected, not bound!
Disabusing them of this notion will be one of the great pleasures of my life.

Conservatives have been trained for decades to think of Constitutions not as agreed-upon rules for fair governance, but as a series of cheat codes and loopholes that let them hold power even when the voters want to throw them out. They won't accept anything less than permanent domination of us.

I genuinely don’t recall reporting like this, focused on angry Dems in Houston or Austin, when this all kicked off in Texas (without any ballot initiative or referendum).

Listen, they are building concentration camps and threatening genocide against a country of 90 million people. There is not a single remotely legal tactic that is impermissible when it comes to stopping them.

The implicit media consensus is that urban voters should not be able to overrule rural voters, but that rural voters should be able to overrule urban voters, an assumption so axiomatic and unquestionable that nobody even understands they're making it.

You can't even get a single conservative to admit Republicans brought this onto themselves huh? Just a completely intellectually bankrupt movement. Top to bottom from the highest elected official to the random talking head to the rando anon person on social media its all trash.

I know you're not Bill Ackman because you used two sentences to express yourself. Bill's a 200 sentences or more kinda guy.
Also. Your two sentences made sense. Again, not Bill Ackman.
