Doubling down on a player is never wrong, especially if he fits both team builds well, but you want to make sure you’re doubling down on the right players. I personally am not a Duran fan, so I say it would depend on who your other OF’s are and what the corresponding move would be.

Can’t remember what was said about Matt Shaw regarding this stuff last year, but curious how it compares. Also who has the edge long-term, McGonigle or JJ Wetherholt? Right now they seem like the same player. Maybe McG has a higher ceiling overall, but redraft-wise, I kinda want JJ, is that crazy?

Are there exit velocity concerns with him? I understand the bat to ball skills and the eye are above average, but where is the raw power at at this stage? Detroit has a very big home park. And with the depth at SS across fantasy, does his power right now, this year, move the needle?
