Rare earth mineral extraction feels like the new oil...
Perhaps future wars instigated by the rich and powerful will be fought over that.
What happens when you ask Elon's AI if Trump is a good person?
"Don't beLIEve what you read in the news."
"Don't beLIEve what you hear with your ears."
"Don't beLIEve what you see with your eyes."
It's amazing this still works in 2025.

Did you know that Google uses captcha data to train its AI?
Ever wonder what it does with the data?

A few months ago Musk eluded that he had access to Humza Yousaf's (ex First Minister of Scotland) private comms.
I bet this scared the hell out of some politicians...
What safeguards are in place? What can governments or individuals do to counterbalance his growing influence? These are questions we need to ask now, before this level of unchecked power becomes untouchable.
The scariest part? We may not realise the extent of Musk’s influence until it’s too late. This isn’t just a question for politicians—it’s a question for all of us in a connected world increasingly dominated by Musk’s innovations.
Here’s another thing to consider...
Musk also controls Starlink, an internet service with a rapidly growing user base. Could he access the browsing histories of users? What level of surveillance might he have through his other companies and technologies?
Did I ever write something embarrassing after a few wines, then quickly delete it? Can Musk recover those posts? His ownership of this platform gives him an immense amount of power far beyond just using it to broadcast his views.
What happens if I speak out against Musk? Could he one day release my private messages? Does he have access to drafted and deleted posts? The fear of what Musk could do with his technological reach is paralyzing for many.
You know how, in gangster movies, the boss shoots someone to send a message to everyone else? Same effect. Musk’s influence has left powerful people asking themselves difficult questions about their vulnerabilities.
Think about this: many politicians, civil servants, judges, police officers, celebrities, and others in positions of power have X accounts. Those with something to hide would see Musk’s comments as a warning to them too, creating a chilling effect on dissent.
Humza later said he feared Musk was scouring the private communications of those he views as threats. That might seem like a direct threat to Humza, but the implications go far beyond one person.
In August last year, Humza Yousaf, Scotland's former First Minister, threatened to sue Musk over "inflammatory comments." Musk’s response hinted he had knowledge of private racist communications by Humza, raising questions about the extent of Musk's access to private information.
If Musk were ever arrested in the UK, he could use this as his get-out-of-jail-free card. He could also silence pesky journalists or anyone questioning his influence. Musk’s power extends far beyond what most people realize.
I believe it's one of the reasons he hasn't faced more backlash from UK politicians after firing shots at Keir Starmer and Jess Phillips. If any UK politician dares to attack him, he potentially has the power to destroy them—or at least deliver a knockout punch to silence them.
Elon Musk fired a warning shot a few months ago that gave him unimaginable political influence in the UK. It's not being acknowledged, but it could impact every single one of us. 🧵
Dear Bluesky algo, help me see more content from people posting about SEO, PPC, E-commerce, and business building.
Thank you
What am achievement Monica! Well done.
Also, it doesn't feel like this happened 4 years ago. As I get older, the years get shorter.
This little guy was made by members of a charity called Common Wheel based in Glasgow, Scotland.
The charity helps folk with mental health issues by providing support and helping them to build their own bike.
I love it!

Stunning photo. Doesn't look like we'll get many more days like that this year. :)
The best advice is to judge a book by it's cover. Sometimes you'll get it wrong but the cover is a good indication of whether or not you'll like a book. ;)
I just came looking for it and found you!
Great to see you here Melissa.
I love how so many people are doing their bit to get people off that awful platform that used to have the bird logo.
I was actually thinking today that it seemed too hard to log out of desktop as I'm logged in with my business account.
However...when you put it like that.
