Why does every therapists office have one of these god awful white noise machines? They’re all loud as fuck, make me anxious, and generally drive me up the wall.

Seriously no hard feelings towards my ex despite what others have recommended. Still hope to remain friends. She doesn’t want to be tied down and now as it turns out she’s not actually the person I wanted to be tied to, so it all comes out in the wash.

First therapy session in a decade. Didn’t think I’d have much to talk about other than potential ADHD/Autisim issues, but my wife of 9 years suddenly leaving me means I’ll get my moneys worth I guess lol.

20 years ago my friend and I used to ride this bus route from Roanoke to Blacksburg and back to hang out on Saturday nights. Now he drives it and I’m riding along. Pretty rad.

It’s nice to be back in my hometown where the rock station is still playing the exact same things they did 25 years ago. At least there’s one constant in my life.
