A bright green plastic bottle of “Dirty Mountain Dew – Cream Soda Dew” stands upright on grass outdoors. The label is clearly visible, and the background is softly blurred, showing trees, houses, and a few parked cars on a sunny day.

Didn't think we needed pornographic Dew, but here we are.

Still frame from Peanuts Unleashed

I like the “Snoopy Unleashed” title. Solves the awareness problem of the last film (and its various localized names), while playing up the most recognizable character globally - assuming we see a theatrical release.

A Lycos-branded webpage with a black dog silhouette logo at the top, a search bar beneath it, and a pink alert box centered on the page. The alert announces that Angelfire and Tripod will shut down within 30 days and urges users to move their hosting. A grayscale cityscape fills the background.

If you want a shorter, punchier version or one tuned for social platforms, I can generate that too — just pick short version or social-friendly.

A billboard on the CTA green line tracks reads

"You: Spending $36 to rideshare to brunch
Also you: Why is my bank account so low?

Save money. Do more. Ride CTA"set against a blue background with several mimosas

The Emmy-nominated “It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown” was first broadcast on April 9, 1974. It was the 12th prime-time Peanuts TV special and the last one to feature Todd Barbee as the voice of Charlie Brown.

The 28th Virginia battle flag is a Confederate battle flag that belonged to the 28th Virginia Infantry Regiment. Captured by the 1st Minnesota Infantry Regiment at the Battle of Gettysburg, the flag was brought to Minnesota and exhibited at the state's capitol for several years before passing into the permanent collection of the Minnesota Historical Society after 1896 where it has remained since.

Happy Confederate Surrender Day from Minnesota where we still have your goddamn flag and we’re not giving it up.

Chicago Turns All Public School IDs Into Library Cards To Boost Student Access Chicago Public Library and CPS announced the expansion of The 81 Club, building on a pilot launched in 2022 to give students access to the library system's vast collection and databases.

Hard to see positives these days, but stuff like this makes me proud to be a citizen of Chicago.

Screenshot of a mobile app interface (likely Bluesky) in dark mode. At the top is the time (8:16), signal, Wi-Fi, and battery icons. The main navigation shows tabs labeled “For You,” “Popular With Friends,” and “Quiet Posters,” with “For You” selected. A banner message reads: “The laws in your region require you to verify you’re an adult to access certain features. Tap to learn more.” A shield icon appears next to the message, with an “X” to dismiss it.

Four-panel Peanuts comic strip. Linus runs excitedly, shouting “Is it? It is!” and tells Lucy, “He’s coming! He’s coming!” Lucy guesses the Easter Beagle, then the Great Pumpkin, and Linus rejects both. When she asks who, Linus announces, “The April Fool!!” In the final panel, Snoopy appears in a clown costume with a party hat, glasses, and a red nose, while Charlie Brown sighs, “Why can’t I have a normal dog like everyone else?”
