My spouse now prefers pulled oats because he loves the texture and taste. So indeed, taste and texture are key. There are a lot of good products out there already but in the EU the regulation process is way too slow when it comes to new innovations.
Yesterday we made #plantbased tortillas. I always use greek- style soy yoghurt instead of sour cream and put a lot of spices in it. My oldest daughter and her friend loved it and and the sauce ran out before we had finished eating. Instead of ground beef we use pullet oats, a Finnish invention.
