I totally agree with what you're saying. 👍🏼 I just think we should be aware of what's happening on a LOCAL level and fight against our town/city/county that are considering these centers within their perimeter before they are allowed to purchase for that use. Our towns shouldn't be complicit in it.

How are commercial warehouses even zoned for residential occupation? Local zoning boards must approve it or look the other way?
