Honestly this might be the most hyped I’ve been for Wilds, and I’ll 100% be playing the beta again when it reopens (gotta get the runback on Ark)
But in the meantime I gotta hurry up and finish Rise, it finally hit me how close we are to the 28th
Also very glad I was able to upgrade my PC since the first beta, it looks wayyyy better now (and no more laptop sounding like it’s about to explode yay)
The Accursed Captain returns for Wilds OBT2, Didn’t manage to solo Arkveld sadly but it was an AWESOME fight
Also swapped out Switch Axe for Greatsword, I love Swaxe but it’s kinda ass in the beta (hoping they fix it). GS was really fun tho, getting those offsets and power clashes is so satisfying!

Been playing through MH Rise this month and I’m enjoying it SO much more than I thought I would, dare I say more than World.
I have a huge soft spot for MHW but Rise’s gameplay is SO MUCH FUN, idk if I can live without wirebugs and switch skills. I love playing this shit like it’s DMC

I do hope they optimize the game more before February. It ran okayyy on my PC, textures looked pretty bad and I don’t think I ever went over 30FPS.
Tbh I had it kinda good cause a couple friends were going up against the fighting polygon team (I kinda hope they make it a toggle or smth later tho)
My hunter, Cap’n Aza! He’s got long hair that gradients from black to white starting from the roots. He has a mustache and short beard, and a strong nose. His right eye is brown, and the other is purple with a purple scar around it.
My palico, Nyalathotep! They have fluffy black and grey fur, with a pattern of light purple stripes, red eyes and wine colored markings around those eyes. Looks kinda fucked up but I like it
