Not the first time imdb is unreliable 😁

Oh, it only scores 6.5 on IMDB. Sounds like it's worth a try though.
Got blocked and called a 'monomaniac asshole' for this. Either they don't want to talk about Epstein or they failed to pick up on the sarcasm. Perhaps the '/s' wasn't 100% obvious.
Of course nearly everyone stopped talking about the epstein files, so there's that.
Oh I know, and you definitely deserve empathy and sympathy! It's hard.
The whole world is 'dealing with the Trump regime'. He's fucking things up for us all, and fuelling the right wing in other countries. Not to mention the warmongering. So I think we all get to talk about it.
The worse Pedophile Trump gets, the more I abhor everyone who is defending, enabling and not stopping him.

The upward blip in 2020-2021 was due to covid-19, largely due to government communications regarding vaccinations!
PS-Around that time I was doing some work for the international envelope industry. They're so aware of the trends that they themselves calls it a 'sunset industry'.
Graph showing decline of mail volumes in Europe 2008-2023
Mail volumes have crashed everywhere, largely due to digitalisation. Obviously cost is an issue, but it's not about the price of a stamp: emails are 'free', instant, often more secure. The postal services that do ok are those switching to a good parcel delivery model.
To be fair, 'fewer people are using the postal service' is worldwide and it's not because of price and service. It's because of email and apps. And it's not 'ordinary people', it's businesses and institutions that make a huge difference. So yes, postal services everywhere need to adapt to survive.

Cover of Hester by Mrs [Margaret] Oliphant. Virago Modern Classics edition, showing two women in Victorian attire sitting on a sofa, one of them reading a book.
An advantage of a poor memory is the chance of rereading a once-loved novel and it's like reading it for the first time. Thoroughly enjoying Margaret Oliphant's Hester.
This headline makes me angry
Literally heartbreaking. The evilness of war and warmongers.
Insane that the day has come when MTG posts something on X and I'm thinking "💯". Insane that Trump is hinting at the unthinkable and nobody is stopping him. Really hard to organise all the insane stuff happening in order of how bad it is
Ah of course ! It's 95 years
Hey @gutenberg.org ,now might be a great time to publish The Mortal Storm (1938) by Phyllis Bottome!
Best idea I've heard in a while. He already has the diaper.
Done.
Yep, and throw in a bunch more of those sort of people.
The year 2000 is coming.
And not everyone will survive it.

They only had to observe him for 3 minutes to read his character, even if they'd been living in a cave and knew nothing about him. If ever there was a book you could judge by its cover. He makes any decent person's skin crawl.

If you enjoy zombie novels, I recommend these. Set in the UK they are action packed and gripping!
Interesting. How left are they really? All I know is that many traditionally left wing parties have been shifting to the right, so I wonder if it's the same in NL, or to what extent?
Boycott US FIFA.
