I bought a French translation of the first tankōbon volume of Akane-Banashi at the book store so I’m rereading the manga in French now. Genuinely go read it, it’s available on the Jump+ app or on the seas and it’s genuinely really that good that I would read it in two languages for no reason.

This week has been such a crazy roller coaster of emotions I can’t even. Some of the happiest and saddest I’ve been in a really long time sometimes at the same time. For someone who has a hard time actually feeling my feelings it’s a bit overwhelming actually 😅

This is gonna be a weird tangent but there is this one song on a skrillex album of all things that makes me cry every time and it’s got the same vibe as I wanna stay at your house and so that song makes me want to cry every time I hear it. Just so good

The VtM AP space is home to some of the most talented creative and hardworking artists on the internet and it’s a genuine gem even to be able to just be there watching/listening. The only thing I wish could change would be more people viewing them and more love going their way

Cyberpunk77 has the best jukebox soundtrack of any game I’ve ever played and it’s not even close. I’m sure there are specific soundtracks for games that top it but in terms of creating an in-world music landscape that both feels real to the world while still having nothing but bangers it’s unmatched

I think Penny is becoming my favorite character, not only are Aki’s line deliveries comedy gold but I relate a bit too hard with being a nerdy academic type and the “failchild” (I know she isn’t actually one) of very successful and talented parents (no matchmaker tho I’m not Jewish enough for that)

RtH notes - Perhaps the best vocal performances in the bizz right now - Penny: “but it also could be Expired, Chunky” - Love the addition of sound effects - Poor haven :( - I need more of Lola’s backstory so badly - Penny’s family seems great, parents going straight for the millennial jugular . Also Hunter tinder (well I guess technically it’s jobber tinder since it seems like the family is more of an org than capital H Hunters) is very funny to me
