I'm alive!! And making progress.
I made a more smooth and nice camera, also added guns!! And they are very responsive so i may add a lot of them bcuz it's really easy and manageable to. I also added a custom cursor and now the game loads 5 chunks at time, not 3!

So.. i'm making a game, a nice one. It's semi open-world (if i can call it that) and it's about pew pew in wild west (killing bandits, or being a bandit, or just huting and walking)

But yea, chunks are just levels, but smaller, and conected to each other in a natural way, each chunk has the screen size. The game will load at max 4 chunks at time, but it'll be usually 3. Entities outside loaded chunks will be simulated in a simpler way, like Rainworld, but without that crazy AI.

The world doesn't load levels, just sections/areas, chunk by chunk.
Example: the whole desert area has only one loading screen, it's when the player enter the area, after that, just chunks and chunks in a Minecraft like gameplay.
