Enjoying a day walking around Lisbon.

Today was a good day! I pushed past the 30lb (13.6 Kg for my European friends) weight loss and I'm now at a weight I've not been at since maybe 2017/2018. Oh, and my blood pressure is down 15 points 🤯. I'm just amazed.

Today is a good day, I'm officially down 27 lbs. As my friend Ivy calls it, "the Europe effect". 😊

Literally a 5 minute walk from our apartment. June is filled with festivals here in Lisbon. It's so nice to see the community expressing so much joy. I won't deny that it brought a tear to my eye.

So I am excited to note that today I am now down 19.4 lbs. I am so happy to see the numbers on the scale for a change! I'm hoping that by July I will be at 25 🤞. In other news, my blood pressure is down 10 pts as well! #healthjourney #europeandiet

The Trump administration now says they are allowed to enter your home to look for migrants without a warrant.
